Important Notice: Shipping Delays

We are currently experiencing significant delays with UPS import customs, which may affect the delivery time of recent orders.

  • Orders Dispatched on the 10th December in Switzerland (Geneva) where most were sent by standard post however UPS never collected the others.

Ongoing Order Processing

Please note that we are still processing orders each week, and dispatches are continuing as normal wherever possible. Despite the current delays with UPS customs, we remain committed to fulfilling all orders as promptly and efficiently as we can.

We currently process orders on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Please place orders by midday Wednesday for dispatch the same week.

UK – Packages sent within the UK are normally delivered next day by 1st class post.

US/Canada – Packages to the US/Canada are normally sent via UPS and tend to be received within about one week.

Europe – Now that the UK is not part of the EU, Customs charges taxes on orders going into Europe. Taxes can range from €30 to €120 per package and often exceeds the value of the order. As a work-around we now ship weekly consignments to distributers in France, Germany and Switzerland. The distributer receives the consignment by courier and forwards them via the local postal network. Import taxes are initially paid by the distributer and reimbursed by us, so they are not passed on to customers.

Please let us know if you have particular delivery requirement or hard deadlines. We will do our best to accommodate them.

If you choose to go for the UPS service please be aware that there can be delays due to import checks. This is not a guaranteed service.
